Welcome to the website of the Latin American Network on Applied Remote Sensing to Coastal Geologic Hazards Prevention

Welcome to this network funded by the CYTED . Our goal is to develop methodologies for the analysis and prediction of natural hazards on the coast and reducing their impact through the coordination of an international team of scientists and technicians with experience in the field to advise and train specialists in the subject.

Currently enrolled 34 groups from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Portugal, Venezuela and Spain (from which coordinates the network).
